Reviews / Votes
"Williams and Barlow offer a very useful manual for the practitioner to understand the many facets of anger and to remedy the personal and interpersonal distress that it can cause. Their book does a splendid job of teaching basic concepts, and provides valuable tools for clinical practitioners who may otherwise struggle in dealing with the obstinate problem of unregulated anger." - Professor Raymond Novaco, Foreword"This practical guide provides a useful and relevant CBT programme for treating anger problems The materials are bound to be functional for all practitioners, the three volumes are handy and easy to use." - Christina Neitzert Semler, Department of Psychology, University of Oxford, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy
