He serves as Academic Director of two Executive MBA programs focused on Life Science and Health Care Management. His research and teaching centre on organisational behaviour, digital transformation, and governance in public and nonprofit sectors. Kenn Meyfroodt is an assistant professor of organisational behaviour at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Ghent University. His research examines how management systems and practices shape the way individuals and groups interpret their organisational environments. He combines academic rigour with hands-on experience as a former management consultant, director, and strategic advisor.
