Persons
Jon Wiles is a professor of education at the University of North Florida at Jacksonville and Joseph Bondi is a professor of education at the University of South Florida at Tampa. Both received their doctoral degrees from the University of Florida and they have served in various educational roles-as teachers, school and college administrators, and researchers. Their consulting firm of Wiles, Bondi, and Associates has conducted practice in forty states and ten foreign countries.
In addition to Curriculum Development: A Guide to Practice, Sixth Edition, Jon Wiles and Joseph Bondi have coauthored a number of other education books, including Curriculum Planning: A New Approach (1974), Supervision: A Guide to Practice, Fifth Edition (Merrill/Prentice Hall, 2000), The New American Middle School: Educating Preadolescents in an Era of Change (Merrill/Prentice Hall, 2001), Practical Politics for School Administrators (1981), Principles of School Administration (1983), and The School Board Primer (1985).
