Antje Wiener (PhD Carleton 96, MA Free University of Berlin 89) is a Professor of Politics at University of Hamburg. She has taught at the University of Bath, the Free University of Berlin, Stanford, Carleton, Hanover, Queen's Belfast and Trento. Her research interests are in International Relations Theory, Politics, European Integration Theory, Constitutionalism, and International Law.
Thomas Diez is Professor of International Relations at the University of Birmingham. He has taught in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Munich and Victoria (BC). His main research interests are European Integration Theory, conflict resolution, and the role of discourse in international politics.
