Steve Wide is a Melbourne DJ and writer. He has run some of the most enduring indie and retro club nights in Melbourne, and DJ'd for international acts like Primal Scream, Happy Mondays, The Shamen, Saint Etienne and Stone Roses as well as interviewing Jarvis Cocker and Noel Gallagher in front of festival crowds. He has interviewed countless UK music artists from John Lydon to Johnny Marr and comedians Bill Bailey, Noel Fielding and Russell Brand. He has Dj'd many festivals including The Falls and Moomba's "Silent Disco". He presents the long running new British music show "Far and Wide". As well as making Children's books he has recently released a book on Tokyo shopping and eating called Tokyo Precincts. He has a fish called Ziggy Stardust. He has a Masters degree in writing ad editing, yet seems incapable of editing down his own bio.
Libby VanderPloeg is an illustrator living and working in Brooklyn. She spends her days drawing and painting flora and fauna of all varieties, preferring to work with a strong cup of coffee always at arms reach. Her work has been featured in such publications as The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, The Boston Globe, and Design*Sponge, and in books from Farrar, Straus & Giroux, HarperCollins, and Hardie Grant Books.
