Kevin M. White, the author of the best-selling predecessor Apple Training Series: Mac OS X Support Essentials v10.6, has dedicated most of his life to mastering Apple technologies so he can share them with the world. He has worked his way through various technical roles for the University of Kentucky, finally becoming technology coordinator for the College of Communications. After college, Kevin used his technical and presentation skills to spread knowledge of all Apple products in venues ranging from small corporate groups to sold-out crowds at Macworld Expos. He has been an Apple Authorized Trainer since 2002, and has also been a Systems Engineer at Apple.
