Description
When Lucy and her mother look through items in Lucy's memory box, such as her first shoes, photos, and a drawing, Lucy remembers things differently to Mom, except for one thing, the memory of feeling love for the first time. In this sweet picture book about memories, family connections, and love, children will discover the pleasure of keeping a memory box and relate to their own earliest memories and feelings of love.

Courtney Welker =============== Courtney Welker grew up in York, Western Australia's oldest inland town, the eldest daughter of a multi-generational farming family. She now lives in the Perth Hills with her husband and three young children. Courtney has degrees in law and arts (politics and Japanese), and a Master of International Relations. Courtney and her husband read to their children every day, love telling them stories (in which they and their pets often star), and relish adding to their memory boxes.
Caroline Keys ============= From the time she could hold a crayon, Caroline Keys has only ever wanted to be an artist. She grew up in South Africa where she cut her teeth as an illustrator working on educational books for children in rural African communities before moving to Australia. She feels incredibly lucky getting to spend every day creating art in her home studio just outside of Melbourne, where she lives with her husband, three children and a Golden Retriever.
