Person
Zhiyi Wei got his PhD from Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, CAS in 1991. He joined IOP CAS in 1997 and was promoted to professor in 1999. He is the committee member of IUPAP C2, MPC-AS, ACUIL and He was elected OSA Fellow in 2016.
His research interests include ultrashort pulse laser generation, amplification, synchronization, frequency expansion and the measurement and control of carrier envelope phase. He has published more than 200 SCI articles with more than 3800 citations.
