When 15-year-old Heather Phillips disappeared in 1986, serial killer Micky Douglas was convicted of her murder. Even though her body was never found, the evidence was in his van. Douglas had killed others. He had a trademark that was known only to those closest to the investigation. But now the killings have started again and, from his cell, Douglas is playing a cat and mouse game with detectives Willis and Carter.
