Here, activities and instructions in the student book are used in tandem with templates and resources on the CD-ROM. Exercises cover ICT skills and Geography themes specified in the Key Stage 3 National Curriculum and Scheme of Work. Skills progression enables use from Year 7 to Year 9, with extension activities available for high achievers on the dedicated website. Simple point-and-click operation and extensive teacher notes on the CD-ROM make the exercises easy to access and easy to use. Data, text and images from the CD-ROM can be transferred easily onto the school network or individual computers, thereby allowing whole class teaching or small group work using the exercises and instructions from the textbook.
