1776 Delmarva shows the outworking of the American Revolution on the Delmarva Peninsula and the contributions of Delmarva to the Continental Army in securing freedom for the new nation. Many have the misconception nothing happened on the Delmarva Peninsula during the American Revolution, however, every community fought during the struggle for independence.
