The Long View

To inaugurate Museum Würth 2, the exhibition "THE LONG VIEW. Reinhold Würth and His Art collection" deals with main works from the Würth collection, including Horst Antes and Jean ARP, Georg Baselitz, Max Beckmann and Fernando Botero, Tony Cragg, Rainer Fetting, David Hockney, Alex Katz and Ernst Ludwig Kirchner. Visitors will also see works by Anselm Kiefer and Anish Kapoor, Robert Longo, Edvard Munch, Pablo Picasso, Serge Poliakoff, Sigmar Polke, Gerhard Richter and Victor Vasarely.
The range offered will range from first-hour acquisitions to recently acquired positions, representing more than 50 years of collection history.
This fulfills the long-standing wish of entrepreneur and art collector Reinhold Würth to provide a respectable setting for the quintessence of the diverse modern and contemporary department of the Würth collection-at the headquarters of Würth.
