It lists the steps to be taken from preparing the statutory demand through to the meeting of creditors after the bankruptcy order is made. This edition has been updated to include the Insolvency Amendment Rules 1987, the new forms of statutory demand, with consideration of the case law since the advent of the Insolvency Act 1986 and subsequent rules.
