Dr. C. Keith Waugh is an Associate Professor in the Department of Workforce Education and Development at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Over his fifteen-year career in academia, Dr. Waugh has held numerous leadership appointments including department chair, and continues to teach both undergraduate- and graduate-level courses in student assessment, research methods, and program evaluation. Dr. Waugh is the author or co-author of over 20 books, articles, and professional papers; a frequent speaker at national conferences and other venues on the topics of assessment and evaluation; and invited regularly to conduct evaluations of post-secondary programs. In 2006, Dr. Waugh was awarded the College of Education and Human Services, Southern Illinois University Carbondale Teacher of the Year Award.
