Description
Why does everything I do go wrong? Why doesn't anyone care about me? Why can't I just be happy? If you've ever asked yourself any of these questions, you're not alone. In 2008, Louise Watson was in the depths of despair as she struggled to understand how the same old problems had come back to haunt her yet again. Sitting in her flat in Poland with nothing but the TV and a foul mood for company, she promised herself that her life would change. It had to. But how..? 'Stop Making Your Life a Misery' explores Louise's experiences of the world of personal development to show how she finally broke a thirty-year cycle of negativity. Using a combination of personal stories and tips which you can apply to your everyday life, she shows you how to take control and move towards the happy, fulfilling life of promise that you deserve.
