Description
Ex-commando, Simon Waterson is the ex 845 Naval Air Commando Squadron physical training instructor. Now a fitness trainer to the stars, including Pierce Brosnan in his 007 role, he provides a plan for everyone who wants to look and feel a superfit action hero. For anyone who wants an action hero physique and who is interested in the feats of stamina, strength and bravery of commandos all over the world this book contains illustrated exercises and inspiring anecdotes. The commandos' mantra is "improvise, adapt and overcome" and it is this that will help the reader use the programme anywhere, in the gym, street, woods or park. While it contains inspiring military facts such as what a typical 24 hour ration pack contains, what supplements are most popular etc., the essence of the book explains how the forces' training programmes can be adapted to a civilian life.
