"The book contains 1,000 USMLE Step II questions with detailed answers. There are also 100 practice exam questions with answers. The book has a detailed introduction on how to use the book and the questions. There are two types of questions in this review. The first is a single question, single answer and the second is a multiple selection from a list of questions. The book covers a wide range of general surgery topics. There are a number of diagrams that are also presented in the answer section." "This is a very good review for preparing for Part II National Boards. It mimics the Part II question and answer types and certainly gives a view comprehensive review of each topic. Where present, the diagrams and explanations are descriptive and quite helpful in understanding the underlying concept. The content is in-depth enough for a senior medical student.
