Bing Wang is a professor at College of Public Administration of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China. He has published several articles on public value in English and more than ten articles in Chinese. He is a reviewer of several international journals and consultant of China local government. He believes that every country, region, and individual have their specific goodness, beauties and problems, and we need to enhance these goodness, beauties, but settle the problems.
