Judgment Authority

Judgment Authority defines the structural boundaries of decision legitimacy, responsibility allocation, and irreversible judgment. This book introduces a formal framework for understanding who holds the authority to decide, under what conditions decisions become binding, and how judgment responsibility propagates through systems, organizations, and individuals. Rather than offering motivational advice or tactical checklists, Judgment Authority establishes a foundational language for decision-making itself.
