Ling Shengli is a Ph.D. and associate professor at Institute International Relations, China Foreign Affairs University. His main research interests include international security and great power strategy, international relations in the Asia-Pacific region, and contemporary Chinese foreign policy. He is the author of books such as Divided but Victorious: A Study of U.S. Wedge Strategy in the Cold War Era.
