The Little Book of Visualisation

Our interest in writing this book is based on two principles 1) a belief in the vastness of human potential, and 2) the limitless amount of personal fulfilment that is possible. On average each human being only uses around 10% of their potential. We wonder what the world would be like if were all living life to the full? This book will help you to get the very best out of life, and indeed create the very best for yourself. It is based on the premise that each person has a powerful influence over their own thoughts, and that when we start living from this standpoint many things become possible. This book is also designed to help you when you have moments of doubt or stuck-ness. These are the times when it can be hardest to remember we have power. By hey - we always have control over our own thoughts and every positive thought is making a difference. The book is designed to be carried in your pocket, you can read it on the bus, whilst in a queue, sitting on a train, whilst needing a moment of relaxation. It is also designed for use in groups, either in the workplace, or in schools and colleges.
If you are reading the visualisations to others, allow yourself to drift into a hypnotic, gentle tone of voice to help the listener (s) to feel the desired state. As you read the words try to get into the desired state, whether it is Wellness, Gratitude or Connection with Nature. Many wonderful things may start to happen as a result, and as such create a deeper experience of life. You may want to use the book in a mediation class, counselling or coaching session as part of a lesson at school or team meeting, or with a colleague or client We believe in the magic of life.
