With a passion for helping leaders build healthy organizations - from the corporate arena to non-profit environments - Greg teaches, writes, and consults on leadership and organizational effectiveness with a particular affinity in helping leaders navigate the often-choppy waters of change. He has successfully implemented change in a variety of contexts, taught organizational change in graduate business schools, and is an accomplished author on the subject. Greg holds a bachelor's degree from Cal State Northridge in political science, a law degree from UCLA, a certificate in Executive Education from UCLA's Anderson School of Business, and a master's degree from Azusa Pacific University in Human and Organizational Development. Greg has personally counseled executives in Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, government, education, and ministry, among many others.
