"Principal to Principal is a must read for all current school administrators and for all educators who aspire to be educational leaders. Dr. Rocky Wallace offers a common sense approach to school leadership with a focus on the value of servant leadership. The emphasis on core values and the authentic dialogue that occurs between a new administrator and a mentoring veteran administrator outline the importance of adhering to a strong set of principles in leading school improvement.
