Beading

The volumes in this series are intended either as stand-alone works on various aspects of needlework, or as a set. This guide to beading introduces the materials, equipment and basic techniques of the craft, progressively building skills and applying them to the projects suggested. These include trims for cushions and bags, buttons, tassels and scarves, as well as beaded knitting, canvaswork and wire beaded flowers and hat pins. All instructions, both for techniques and for the projects, are clearly explained and illustrated with step-by-step colour artwork and photographic details.
