'Academic Skills: Writing is an extremely useful title, perfectly suited to my second-language English University students. I teach several students doing science subjects at Masters level, who want to know how to present a rigorous written argument in English. Academic formalities are often different in their countries of origin as well as requiring a distinctive rigour. This publication has useful chapters, which enable me to target specific learning-weaknesses my students have.
