Donald Tyson is a Canadian who has written numerous books on aspects of Western esotericism such as the tarot, the kabbalah, scrying, runes, and ceremonial magic. He is the author of a series of books on the practical occultism of H. P. Lovecraft's Necronomicon and is the editor of an annotated edition of Three Books of Occult Philosophy by Cornelius Agrippa. Currently he lives on the island of Cape Breton, on the eastern coast of Canada.
