Intellectual Property in Europe

Covering a wide area of law, this work analyzes all relevant EC legislation. Its coverage of all aspects of IP law in Europe includes the European Patent Convention and other IP conventions which impact upon European IP practice. Case law such as the ECJ's recent decision in Magill, the copyright/abuse of dominant position case, is included. The work also analyzes the interaction between EC competition law and intellectual property. A chapter focuses upon questions of jurisdiction in IP disputes and enforcement. Annual supplements update the work.
