It's a bit like a Barbara Vine novel, or Donna Tartt's The Secret History. It's compulsive; it sucks you in' Evening Standard. * Evening Standard * 'A seductive thriller' The Lady. * Lady * 'Tightens around the reader like a vice ... Makes most other psychological thrillers seem simple-minded' The Australian. * Australian * 'Tranter knows how to structure a mystery and keep readers turning pages.
