Dale Brickner is a licensed master electrician in Florida and an IMSA Level III Signal Technician. For the past 20 years he has maintained and installed a full range of electrical systems, including giant commercial and industrial projects, major fiber optic networks, highway lighting, signalization, and toll collection projects. Mr. Brickner is also an electrical inspector, consultant, and author of several books and technical manuals on the NEC(R).
