Barbara Toboni began writing poetry as a teenager and fell in love with the joy and peace she found in words. She is the author of three collections of poetry, Undertow, Water Over Time, and Light the Way. In addition, she has published short stories and poetry for newspapers, print, and online literary journals, as well as anthologies including Cup of Comfort for Parents of Children with Autism and Wisdom Has a Voice, Every Daughters Memories of Mother. She is a member of the California Writers Clubs ¿ Napa and Santa Rosa ¿ and enjoys reading at open mic events. In 2018, her first picture book, The Bunny Poets, was published. Now, because her two favorite bunnies need inspiration for a new poem, she has sent them to the library. She has two sons, is a grandmother, and lives in the Napa Valley with her husband.
