I am so grateful for this book--it is much needed. We face so many things as female athletes, and having a book with encouraging tips and stories from female athletes who have been through some of the same experiences of these young athletes is so valuable. Elizabeth is someone whose writing I've relied on in specific phases of my life for its practical wisdom and spiritual direction. As a coach of high schoolers of all levels and as a mom of an elite athlete, this book is much needed and will help our teens mentally, emotionally, and spiritually!
