Ajitha AR completed her Ph.D. in Polymer Science and is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Newman College, Kerala. She received a patent for an invention entitled "A Poly (Trimethylene Terephthalate)/polypropylene blend nanocomposites for effective electromagnetic shielding material for electronic applications" in 2021. Dr. Ajitha has over 06 years of experience and her research areas include preparation of nanocomposites, their characterization, and modification of nanofillers. Dr. Ajitha has published several research articles in international journals and edited one book and ten book chapters.

Cintil Jose Chirayil is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Chemistry, Newman College, Kerala, India. She received her Ph.D. in Polymer Science from Mahatma Gandhi University, India, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Centre for Advanced Materials, Qatar University, Doha. She has 09 years of research experience in nanoscience and nanocellulose with 18 publications in international peer-reviewed journals and ten book chapters, and one edited book. In addition to the Young Scientist Award, 2011 (University of Leeds, London and NIT Calicut), she was the recipient of foreign scholarships from the University of Potsdam, Germany; University of Mara, Malaysia; Institute of Chemistry, University of Graz, Austria for in-depth research in nanoscience. She is an approved research guide of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam for Chemical sciences.

Bejoy Thomas is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Chemistry, Newman College, Kerela, India. He received his Ph.D. from Cochin University of Science and Technology, India. After working for some time in NMR spectroscopy at the Indian Institute of Science (India), he moved to Germany as a DFG (German Chemical Society) post-doctoral fellow at the Institute of Chemical Technology, University of Stuttgart. Dr. Bejoy then moved to France as a CNRS postdoctoral associate at the Le laboratoire de Chimie de la Matière Condensée de Paris. His current research areas are the extraction, characteristics, and application of nano cellulosic materials. Dr. Bejoy has published several research articles in reputed international journals.

Sabu Thomas is a Professor of Polymer Science and Engineering at the School of Chemical Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU), Kerela, India. He is also the vice-chancellor of MGU. Dr. Thomas is also the Founder-Director, and Professor of the International and Inter-University Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Kerela. In collaboration with India's premier tyre company, Apollo Tyres, Prof. Thomas and his research group invented new high performance barrier rubber nanocomposite membranes for inner tubes and inner liners for tyres. Prof. Thomas has over 1000 peer-reviewed research papers, reviews, and book chapters, 137 books, and 15 patents to his credit. Prof Thomas has guided nearly 107 Ph.D. scholars in India and abroad. His research areas include nanomaterials, polymer blends, fiber-filled polymer composites, and polymer nanocomposites, aging and degradation, pervaporation phenomena, sorption and diffusion, interpenetrating polymer systems, recyclability and reuse of waste plastics and rubbers, elastomer crosslinking, dual porous nanocomposite scaffolds for tissue engineering, polymer nanocomposites for electronic applications, water purification, energy storage.
