Description
Anisotropic plasmonic nanoparticles with their fascinating properties have gained boundless interest Plasmonic nanoparticles with distinct shapes and size have gained much attention in the field of medi-care. Triangular shaped silver nanoparticles have seen to be useful in cancer treatments. The sharp edges of such nanoparticles can penetrate deep into the cancer cells and destroy them. As a result, an eco-friendly method to synthesize anisotropic silver nanoparticles is necessary.Green eco-friendly synthesis of Anisotropic Silver plasmonic nanoparticles has been the main focus of this work. Tannic acid mediated synthesis of anisotropic silver nanoparticles has been demonstrated here. The thermal diffusivity of anisotropic silver nanoparticles has been found out using the Thermal Lens technique. Silver nanoparticles with their different morphology show different properties.
