Will Thomas is a highly regarded performance coach and trainer with national and international experience. A career in personnel management with Marks & Spencer was followed by a successful teaching career in which he head his faculty to significant improvements in performance. He now runs a training and coaching organization and is a consultant to Alite. Will holds a masters degree in mentoring and counselling and is an accredited coach. He is co-author of the Head of Department Pocketbook. Will works with businesses, schools and individuals to support personal and professional development. He can be contacted at www visionforlearning.co.uk. Alistair Smith is a well-respected and experiences presenter, trainer and author. He is the chairperson of Alite Ltd, a company he founded to work in the field of motivation, learning and teaching. As the designated learning consultants to the English Football Association, Alite work alongside the FA to develop modern approaches to all coaching and training.
