A raid on a Pakistan Al-Qaeda cell recovers two laptops, signaling an Al-Qaeda plan to launch a series of simultaneous strikes in five U.S. cities involving potential dirty bombs, biological weapons and maybe even a nuclear weapon--on Election Day. Derek Stillwater, troubleshooter for Homeland Security, is assigned to a Special Terrorism Activity Response Team (START) in Los Angeles to thwart the attacks as the clock is ticking.
