Description
This book is designed to provide a selection of short readings, organized by theme, which links them with the short stimulus type of questions asked in an examination. Each chapter includes source readings three advanced essays to help advanced students prepare essays on particular topics, activities which can be developed into research or coursework, as well as suggestions for further reading. Also provided are "methodology" questions, to think through possible research methods related to a topic, and "stimulus" questions, to describe a study and ask the student to consider any methodological weaknesses and possible sources of bias. The book is aimed both at students taking GCSE, A/S and A level psychology examination, social work and nursing candidates taking psychology and AEB psychology AO candidates.
