First Key Words

Aimed at children who are just learning to read, this activity book offers an activity package that can be used alongside any other reading materials. The book uses the traditional story "The Enormous Turnip" and a rhyme "Who Built the Ark" for parent and child to share. It has a four in one concept to help children learn to read: activities based on the story and rhyme to repeat vocabulary and build reading skills and an interactive make-and-do reading game. The title of each activity book relates to the content of the game. In this book picture word cards can be made covering the first 12 key words.
