Believe it or not, I do have time to relax
Some of my pleasures in life are champagne with friends, enjoying nature and being by the beach, exercise, yoga, meditation, fashion and travel. A weekend escape can be great for the soul!
I see the sunrise every day. I take from 5am - 8am every morning for myself. Its non-negotiable me-time to prepare for the day ahead, get active, listen to my podcasts and centre myself ready for an inspiring day packed with hard work and getting things done!
