Donald L. Shilling is the Herbert G. Kayser Distinguished proffesor of Electrical Engineering at the city Colledge of the City University of New York where he has been a professor since 1969.Proffessor Shilling has taught Electrical Engineering since 1956,more than32 years. His books include Electronic Circuits: Discrete and integrated; Introduction to system, circuits, and devices; Principle of Communications Systems; Digital Integrated Electronics;Electronic Circuits: Discrete and Integrated(2d edition); and Dynamic Project Management. he has also published more than 140 technical papers in the telecommunication feild. Proffesor Schilling was president of the IEEE Communication Society, a member of the board of directors of the IEEE, and editor-in-cheif of the IEEE Transaction on Communications magazine and Communication magazine.
