Oon-Seng Tan is Centre Director of the Centre for Research in Child Development at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His areas of research include teacher education, cognitive psychology and problem-based learning for which he is known internationally.
Ee Ling Low is Dean, Teacher Education and Professor of Education (Applied Linguistics and Teacher Learning) at the English Language & Literature Academic Group at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University.
