Mathias Svalina is the author of nine books. Comedy is his first short story collection. Svalina was a founding editor of the small press Octopus Books, & since 2014 he's run a Dream Delivery Service, traveling around the country to write & deliver dreams to subscribers. With the Dream Delivery Service, he's worked with the Denver Museum of Contemporary Art, the Poetry Foundation, & the MOCA Tucson. His current home base is Richmond, Virginia.
