Information and Communication Technologies: Changes and Challenges.

Proceedings of a jopint scientific symposium of Vladimir State University, Russia, Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg, germany and the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits IIS on occasion of partnership jubilee celebration of the cities of Vladimir and Erlangen. The focus lies on an exchange of different experience and results of research projects in the context of communication technology. Aspects of Computer Science include simulation and visualisation, rapid prototyping, agent programming and design of communication systems. Aspects of electronical engineering include virtual instruments for science, industry and education, system development, digital broadcasting and identification with radio frequencies (RFID).
