Description
Science and Maths for Engineering is a mandatory unit of engineering GNVQ and one that many students find difficult to master. This workbook tackles these fundamental subjects at intermediate level, providing a thorough grounding in the basic principles, using plain language and clear diagrams throughout. Providing a summary of the main theory points, followed by exercises and problems for the student to fill in, this book also gives straightforward guidance on portfolios of evidence.
Reviews / Votes
The material... is to say the least excellent and long overdue. The author has given the material a considerable amount of thought and it is obvious to me that he also teaches on GNVQ subjects otherwise you have no concept of what is required. ,C Saunders, Senior Lecturer for GNVQ Intermediate Engineering, South East Essex College.,.More details
