Little Frog and the Butterfly

Ever feel like your sister gets all the attention? Little Frog does. He knows his new sister is special. What really bugs him is that everyone else knows it, too! To make it even worse, one day his tiny sister sprouts wings and turns into a butterfly. He hurts her feelings so badly that she flies away from home and lands herself in danger. As he races to save her, he learns it's okay to admit that he's done wrong because that's how we begin to do better. He also learns how to appreciate the good and beautiful qualities in others without feeling bad about himself. Little Frog and the Butterfly is a 32-page fairy tale with lots of pictures. It is geared to grades 2-3 and is meant to help kids bridge the gap between picture books and chapter books.
