She was one of the first female Indian deans for a German University, Karlshochschule International University, and the founder of Academy of International Business - Middle East North Africa Chapter. Raed Awamleh is the Dean of Mohammad Bin Rashid School of Government, Professor of Management. Previously he has held the roles of Campus Director and Pro Vice Chancellor of Middlesex University's (UK) and Dean of Academic Affairs at the University of Wollongong (Australia) in Dubai. He consults and publishes in the fields of leadership and strategy.
