He completed his residency at Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, MA), specializing in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and subsequently completed a fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital (Baltimore, MD). Dr. Steinbacher is currently practicing in the Division of Plastic Surgery at Yale University (New Haven, CT).
