Jan Springob ist Gymnasiallehrer für Englisch und Geschichte, ausgebildet in Deutschland und Großbritannien. In seiner Forschung konzentriert er sich auf zweisprachige Erziehung sowie Vielfalt im Fremdsprachenunterricht. Er arbeitet am Zentrum für LehrerInnenbildung der Universität zu Köln und koordiniert dort den Prozess der Inklusion.

Prof. Dr. André Bresges, Jahrgang 1971, studierte Physik und Technologie an der Universität Duisburg-Essen. Nach vier Jahren Tätigkeit als Gesamtschullehrer an der Willy-Brandt-Schule Mülheim wechselte er zum Abschluss seiner Dissertation zurück an die Universität, wo er sich vertieft mit der Einführung neuer Medien im Naturwissenschaftlich-Technischen Unterricht befasste. 2007 erfolgte der Ruf auf die Professur für Physik und ihre Didaktik an der Universität zu Köln. Hier wirkt er mit am Aufbau und Betrieb des ZdL-Schülerlabors "Unser Raumschiff Erde", an der Entwicklung von Blended-Learning-Konzepten für die universitäre Lehre und an der Internationalisierung der Lehrerbildung.

Inna Enns hat neben dem Studium der Völkerkunde, Soziologie und Geschichte an der Universität zu Köln 2013 ein Post Graduate Diploma in Conflict Management und Peace Studies an der Gulu University, Uganda, abgeschlossen; seit 2014 ist sie Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Zentrum für LehrerInnenbildung der Universität zu Köln.
Lotte Geunis is a political advisor with a proven track record on open government reforms, gender and inclusion. Lotte has consulted for the United Nations Development Programme, the World Bank, International IDEA and the Open Government Partnership. She is a PhD fellow at Maastricht University, focusing on political elites and youth participation. Lotte is the co-editor of three books and the author of over a dozen publications. She holds an MPhil from the University of Oxford and a BA from the University of Warwick.

Dorothea Wiktorin ist seit 2003 wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin und Studiengangskoordinatorin am Geographischen Institut der Universität zu Köln für die Studiengänge Bachelor of Arts und Master of Education für Gymnasium und Gesamtschule. Die promovierte Diplom-Geographin ist außerdem Handlungsfeldleiterin der Social Labs im Projekt Zukunftsstrategie Lehrer*innenbildung (ZuS), gefördert vom BMBF im Rahmen der gemeinsamen 'Qualitätsoffensive Lehrerbildung', sowie Projektpartnerin im Projekt Digitalstrategie Lehrer*innenbildung.
