Darren Spohn is President and Founder of Spohn & Associates, Inc., based in Austin, TX. Mr. Spohn is a board member of several high-tech companies and serves as a Venture Partner of Adams Capital Management LLP. Prior to founding Spohn Training and Spohn Consulting, Mr. Spohn served as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering and Development at NetSolve, Inc. in Austin. There he managed NetSolve's engineering, product and software development, information systems, and business channel development efforts. Prior to his role as CTO, he served two years as Vice President of Operations. NetSolve (NTSL) provides comprehensive WAN and LAN network management out-tasking services.
