Ralf Specht is one of the founding partners of Spark44. Between 2011 and 2020, he was instrumental in building a tailor-made worldwide demand creation marketing communications organization for Jaguar Land Rover. Specht believes in the fundamental power of brands and is determined to move all barriers out of the way to allow global brands to succeed. His 20-plus years in various roles within McCann Erickson enabled him to completely understand the organizational levers to establish a truly effective agency model in today?s multi-channel world.
