Description

A little boy named Tommy and a little girl named Kaylee meet on a park bench. Tommy's loss was Mr. Minor, a friend from church. Kaylee lost her great-grandmother. After sharing their grief, they become friends and they learn that their loved ones are in a better place. Their hearts fill with sunshine and hope.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Letty has extensive experience working with children, youth, young adults in religious and non-profit organizations. Her endeavor is creating her children's book series Biblical Lessons for the Tiny Theologian. She has a diverse academic background that collectively has helped her form her creativity as a storyteller. She earned a B.A. from Fordham University double majoring in Theatre and Drama, and Media Studies with a concentration in Filmmaking, a Masters in Urban Ministries from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with concentrations in Bible Literacy and Social Studies from Concordia University.
